The antibody was raised against a recombinant human EZH1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, yielding an unconjugated IgG preparation at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
