Anti-EXT2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets EXT2 and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It has been validated for WB and ICC/IF, with 2 scientific validation images. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 80-340 of human EXT2 (NP_000392.3). The antibody is affinity purified, with a molecular weight of 82 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
