Anti-EXT1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets EXT1 and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 86 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 600-700 of human EXT1 (NP_000118.2). The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Five scientific validation images support the reagent.
