Anti-EXOSC2 Antibody

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-293 of human EXOSC2 (NP_055100.2) and purified by affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 33 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, with concentration listed as lot-specific.
