Anti-EXOC7 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against EXOC7 (also known as EXO70 or Exocyst complex component 7) and is supplied at a 100 µl volume. It was generated against a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to amino acids 74–345 of human EXOC7 and is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography before being formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline (pH 7.0) containing 10% glycerol, with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG; the antibody is provided unconjugated, making it suitable for downstream labeling according to the user's preferred detection chemistry. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human samples.
