Anti-EXOC5 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets EXOC5, also referred to as SEC10, a protein with a reported molecular weight of 82 kDa. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification. It has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with one scientific validation image available, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 340–610 of human EXOC5 (NP_006535.1).

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
