EXO1 (Exonuclease 1) is a RAD2-family nuclease that participates in DNA mismatch repair, homologous recombination, and processing of stalled replication forks. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human EXO1 polypeptide and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. It is commonly used to study microsatellite instability, the cellular DNA damage response, and altered EXO1 expression in tumor biology. The polyclonal format allows multi-epitope recognition of the approximately 95 kDa target, which can aid detection of truncated or post-translationally modified forms of the protein in human cell lysates and tissue sections. Supplied as 100 µl in a vial; aliquot on receipt and store refrigerated, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only.
