Anti-EVC2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Anti-EVC2 reagent (catalog number A39885) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Ellis-van Creveld syndrome protein 2 (also known as LBN or Limbin). The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl volume of an unconjugated IgG preparation that has been purified by antigen-affinity chromatography and is formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline at pH 7.0, with 10% glycerol and 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region between amino acids 1246 and 1308 of human EVC2, and the reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human samples. For long-term preservation the antibody should be stored at –20 °C, while short-term use at 4 °C is acceptable; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to maintain performance.
