Anti-EVC2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from internal residues of human Ellis-van Creveld syndrome 2 (EVC2) and is intended for the qualitative detection of total endogenous EVC2 protein. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µL liquid volume at a working concentration of 2.6 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and the IgG isotype preparation is unconjugated, allowing users to couple it with their detection chemistry of choice. Validated research applications include Western blot (recommended starting dilution of approximately 1/450 on 6% SDS-PAGE gels with human placenta lysate) and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections (for example, human colon cancer tissue at1/40), with reactivity confirmed against human samples.
