Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against human ETV7, a member of the ETS family of transcription factors that acts primarily as a transcriptional repressor. This unconjugated reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in a PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, delivered as a 100 µl aliquot for use in western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows.

ETV7 (ETS variant 7, also known as TEL2 or TELB) localizes to the nucleus and modulates expression of genes involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and immune signaling. The antibody was generated in rabbit and validated for detection of the human protein, making it a useful tool for researchers studying oncogenic pathways in which ETV7 has been implicated, hematopoietic lineage commitment, and ETS-family transcriptional regulatory networks.

For western blot, distinct nuclear banding patterns can be resolved using standard HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and chemiluminescent detection. For immunohistochemistry, the reagent performs well on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections following standard antigen retrieval. Store refrigerated short term at 4 °C; for longer storage, freeze at -20 °C in working aliquots. The 50% glycerol cryoprotectant helps limit freeze-thaw damage, and the included sodium azide serves as a preservative against microbial contamination in the vial.
