A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody directed against the ETV7 target, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is raised in rabbit. Reported reactivity includes human, mouse and rat samples.
The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and sodium azide as a preservative, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and upon arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1–210 of human ETV7 (NP_057219.1). The antibody detects endogenous levels of total ETV7 protein.
