Anti-ETV4 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab189826)

It is an unconjugated IgG raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 385–484 of human ETV4 (NP_001977.1), and is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, following affinity purification. The target has a predicted molecular weight of 54 kDa. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody has been verified in six scientific validation images and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
