Anti-ETV4 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of ETV4. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody was recombinant full length human ETV4, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ETV4 protein. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 54 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
