Anti-ETV4 Antibody

Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against ETV4 (ETS variant transcription factor 4, also known as PEA3), a member of the ETS family of transcription factors that regulates gene expression downstream of MAPK signaling and contributes to developmental patterning, neuronal differentiation, and tumor progression in epithelial tissues.

This unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and is validated for Western blot detection of the human, mouse, and rat target protein. Storage at 4 °C is appropriate for short-term use; for longer periods, aliquot and freeze at -20 °C to preserve activity and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
