Anti-ETV1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ETV1 (also referred to as ER81/ETV1) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and listed for immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human ETV1 (NP_004947.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 55 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity purification. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is suggested.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
