Anti-ETS2 Antibody

The reagent is generated by immunisation with a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-469 of human ETS2 (UniProt P15036), with the target protein migrating at approximately 53 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000 for WB and 1:50 to 1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
