Anti-ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent and is provided unconjugated. It specifically targets ETS1 when phosphorylated at threonine 38, with the IgG isotype.

The antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA, and is reported to react with human, mouse and rat samples, with no reported cross-reactivity. Specificity is directed against endogenous levels of ETS1 only when phosphorylated at Thr38. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human ETS1 around the phosphorylation site of Thr38 (amino acids 11–60). The product page presents three scientific images.

Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is purified from rabbit serum by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing phospho peptide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, 1:100–1:500 for IF, and 1:10000 for ELISA. The target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
