Anti-ETS1 Antibody

ETS1 is a member of the ETS family of transcription factors that governs gene expression programs during lymphocyte development, angiogenesis, and immune cell signaling. This polyclonal antibody, raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation, is validated for western blot detection of the endogenous transcription factor across human, mouse, and rat lysates. The reagent is additionally compatible with immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence workflows on fixed tissue sections, supporting both localization and expression studies.

Each vial contains 50 µl of antibody suitable for staining experiments and standard immunoblotting.
