Anti-ETS1 (A32) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the N-terminus of the ETS1 transcription factor (A32 epitope), supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of ETS1 protein, which has a molecular weight of around 54 kDa, and the antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications.
