Anti-Ets-1 (phospho-T38) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Ets-1 phosphorylated at Threonine 38, supplied unconjugated in a formulation of 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ETS1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 38. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Ets-1 only when phosphorylated at Thr38 and has been validated for use in Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF, including ICC/IF). Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
