From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ETK (Y43). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30-80 of human ETK as the immunogen, and detects endogenous levels of ETK protein. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
Reported molecular weight of the target is ~78 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
