Anti-ETK (K35) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ETK and is unconjugated. The ETK (K35) reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids of the N-terminus of human ETK and detects endogenous levels of ETK protein.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, the antibody is validated for WB, IHC, and ICC/IF, with the target migrating at approximately 78 kDa.
