Anti-ETHE1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against ETHE1 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 8–245 of human ETHE1 (NP_055112.2). The antibody is provided in liquid form, affinity purified, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target molecular weight is given as 28 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
