Anti-ETAR (N427) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the N427 epitope of ETAR. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 402–452 of human ETAR and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications and detects endogenous levels of ETAR protein in human, mouse and rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
