Anti-ETAR (D424) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for ETAR, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody was raised in Rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of ETAR protein. The immunogen was a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400–450 of Human ETAR. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
