Validated for IHC-P and IHC-Fr, this unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human estrogen receptor alpha, and the antibody recognises the epitope spanning Gln580 – Thr594.
