Anti-ESRRA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Estrogen Related Receptor alpha (ESRRA). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–76 of human ESRRA (NP_004442.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. The expected molecular weight is 53 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The antibody concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
