Anti-ESR1 (phospho S118) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody specifically recognises Estrogen Receptor alpha (ESR1) when phosphorylated at serine 118. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human samples and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The immunogen used was a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S118 of human Estrogen Receptor alpha (ESR1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 66 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF 1:100–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
