From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Estrogen Receptor alpha (ESR1) phosphorylated at serine 106. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S106 of human Estrogen Receptor alpha. The target has a reported molecular weight of 66 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:100–1:200. Antibody concentration is lot specific.
