Description
Polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targeting ESR1 (Estrogen Receptor alpha). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.
It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 516–595 of human ESRα (NP_000116.2) and is affinity purified. The antibody is supplied in liquid form in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a molecular weight of 66 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:100–1:500.
Storage instructions are to ship at 4°C and, upon delivery, to aliquot and keep at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
