The polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ESE1, a member of the ETS family of transcription factors (also referenced as ELF3 or ERT) that regulates epithelial-specific gene expression, modulates inflammatory cytokine signaling, and is implicated in several solid tumor contexts including breast, lung, and gastrointestinal carcinomas. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, the reagent is provided as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum in a single vial suitable for standard immunodetection workflows.

Listed applications cover Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) on human specimens, with the antibody expected to yield nuclear staining consistent with ESE1's role as a sequence-specific DNA-binding transcriptional regulator. The reagent works well on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections as well as on epithelial cell line lysates, and pairs cleanly with common anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase or fluorescent secondary reagents for chromogenic or fluorescence-based readout.

For handling, freeze the vial at -20 °C in working aliquots to preserve antibody activity and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, thawing on ice before each use. Each 100 µl vial is intended for research use only and is reactive against human ESE1 with no cross-reactivity documented for unrelated ETS family members in the antibody's published characterization.
