Anti-ESD Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to ESD, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reactive with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–282 of human ESD (NP_001975.1), and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 36 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
