Anti-ERp57 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and targets the ERp57 disulfide isomerase, detecting endogenous levels of the protein across human, mouse and rat samples. Supplied as a 50 µL liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the polyclonal antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human ERp57, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. For best stability, vials are shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival they should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
