Anti-ERP44 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human ERP44, this unconjugated polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). ERP44, also called TXNDC4, is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident thioredoxin-related chaperone that participates in oxidative protein folding, disulfide bond formation, and quality control of nascent secretory proteins, including immunoglobulin assembly in B cells. The antibody is supplied in a 100 µL vial of unconjugated antiserum, enabling detection of endogenous ERP44 in cell and tissue lysates by immunoblotting or visualization of its subcellular distribution within fixed tissue sections by IHC. Reactivity is limited to human samples, and the polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on the target, supporting consistent staining across diverse experimental conditions.
