Anti-ERP29 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ERP29, supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation by Antibodies.com. The reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and ELISA applications. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC-P: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 33-261 of human ERP29, with an antigen species of Human. The product is supplied in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration, with a predicted molecular weight of 29 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. For storage it is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
