Anti-ERMAP Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ERMAP, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, liquid reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of IgG isotype, and is purified by affinity purification. It is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30–155 of human ERMAP (NP_061008.2). The target has a reported molecular weight of 53 kDa and is also referenced under the synonyms RFG5, GOLIM5, and ret-II.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C, with instructions to aliquot upon delivery and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
