Anti-ERK3 (phospho-S189) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against ERK3 and specifically recognises the protein only when phosphorylated at Serine 189. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ERK3 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 189, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ERK3 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser189.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and supplied unconjugated, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is provided as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with a molecular weight of approximately 105 kDa.
