Anti-ERK3 (phospho S189) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against MAPK6/ERK3 phosphorylated at Ser189. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form, validated for Western blot and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on Ser189 of human ERK3 (NP_002739.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 120 kDa. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is given.

Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
