Anti-ERK1/2 (T202/Y204) Antibody

Phospho-specific polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit against the dually phosphorylated activation loop (T202/Y204) of ERK1/2, the p44/42 MAPK kinases central to the RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK signaling cascade. By recognizing only the activated forms of both ERK1 and ERK2, this reagent enables direct measurement of MAPK pathway engagement in response to growth factors, cytokines, or cellular stress in cell lysates and tissue homogenates.

Validated for Western blot on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Unconjugated and supplied as a 50 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
