Anti-ERK1/2 (R172) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ERK1/2 at the R172 region. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 140–190 of Human ERK 2. It detects endogenous levels of ERK 2 protein and also recognizes ERK1 protein.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
