Because dual phosphorylation at the T-E-Y motif is the canonical readout of Ras-Raf-MEK pathway activation, the antibody is commonly deployed to monitor growth factor, cytokine, or stress-driven MAPK signaling cascades across immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.
