Anti-ERK1/2 (phospho-Y204) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ERK1/2 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 204, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ERK1/2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 204, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen to a stated purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Specificity data indicate that the antibody detects endogenous levels of ERK1 protein when phosphorylated at Tyr204, and ERK2 protein when phosphorylated at Tyr187, with the target proteins observed at approximately 42 and 44 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
