Anti-ERK1/2 (phospho-T202/Y204) Antibody

Phosphorylation-specific polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, that recognizes the doubly phosphorylated ERK1/ERK2 MAP kinase epitope at threonine 202 and tyrosine 204. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, approximately pH 7.2, ready to dilute directly into standard western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. Demonstrated reactivity on human, mouse, and rat samples. The phospho-T202/Y204 epitope marks the activated state of ERK1/ERK2 within the MAPK signaling cascade, enabling downstream tracking of pathway activation in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.
