Anti-ERK1/2 (phospho-T202/Y204) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ERK1/2 phosphorylated at threonine 202 and tyrosine 204. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ERK1/2 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 202/tyrosine 204. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of ERK1 protein when phosphorylated at threonine 202 and tyrosine 204, and ERK2 protein when phosphorylated at threonine 185 and tyrosine 187. The reported molecular weight is ~ 42,44 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
