Anti-ERK1/2 (H197) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ERK1/2. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 165-210 of human ERK1. It detects endogenous levels of ERK1/2 protein and is validated for use in Western blot (WB). Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 42,44 kDa.
