Anti-ERK1 / 2 Antibody

Raised in Rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody recognizes ERK1 (MAPK3) and ERK2 (MAPK1), the threonine/tyrosine kinases that sit at the heart of the MAPK/ERK signal transduction cascade downstream of Ras and Raf. The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot detection of total ERK1/2 protein and for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed tissue sections, supporting studies of mitogenic signaling, neuronal plasticity, oncogenic transformation, and stress responses across human, mouse, and rat samples.

Packaged as a 100 µl liquid aliquot, the antibody produces the characteristic dual-band ~44/42 kDa ERK signature on whole-cell lysates and gives robust cytoplasmic and nuclear staining in IHC.
