Anti-ERK1/2 Antibody

A mouse monoclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against ERK1/2, supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of purified immunoglobulin in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot detection of the ERK1/2 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway and shows reactivity with both human and mouse samples, supporting cross-species work in signalling research, cancer biology, and studies of cell proliferation and differentiation. Each vial contains enough reagent for multiple blotting experiments when used at standard working dilutions, and the glycerol-containing formulation is intended for storage at -20°C with minimal freeze-thaw cycling to preserve binding activity.
