Anti-ERK 1/2 (phospho-T202) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ERK 1/2 phosphorylated at Threonine 202, available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ERK1/2 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 202. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ERK 1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr202, and ERK 1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr185. The expected molecular weight is approximately 42/44 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The product is supported by two scientific validation images.
