Anti-Erk 1 + 2 Antibody [B20-U]

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal reagent (clone B20-U) is raised against Erk 1 + 2 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid of the IgG isotype. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human Erk1 + Erk2, and the antibody recognises the epitope located between Ile319 and Tyr333. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, shipped at 4 °C and intended for storage at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:5,000 for Western blot and 1:20,000–1:100,000 for ELISA.
