Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against ERK 1 / 2 and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of the target protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human ERK 1 / 2 around the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine204, and the antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The host species is Rabbit and the clonality is Polyclonal, with the immunoglobulin supplied in unconjugated form at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.
